Mindful Movement Yoga & Meditation Mondays 9-10AM & Thursdays 5-6PM

This class offers a practice centered on the connection between mind, body, and breath in the present moment.  Each class weaves together gentle yoga, mindful breathwork, and guided mindfulness meditation, beginning with grounded awareness and closing with restorative rest and deep relaxation.

As you move through postures, we invite you to go beyond simply following instruction.  Instead, taking the time to notice and genuinely experience the sensations of your body and flow of your thoughts.  With each transition, allow yourself to embrace the practice fully, cultivating clarity, presence, and connection.

Breath Balance Somatic Strength And Stillness Saturdays 9:15-10:30AM

This class is designed to support and strengthen the body while cultivating mindful awareness.  In this class we integrate somatic strengthening with yoga to build stability for safe and sustainable postures.

While yoga itself develops strength, practicing with weak musculature can place stress on the joint.  By incorporating intentional strengthening exercises along with balancing yoga postures, we cultivate both physical stability and mental steadiness. This offers a foundation that protects and supports the body.  These movements are approached mindfully, slow, steady.

Each class begins with centering and breathwork and letting go of tensions in the body. We then move into gentle yoga stretches and challenging, yet very doable and accommodating somatic strength exercises.  followed by standing and balancing yoga postures. We end with guided relaxation.

Private Online and In Person Yoga or Meditation Class

Private classes gives you the unique experience for one on one instruction to deepen your practice. Perhaps large classes aren't your thing, or you have physical limitations and feel more comfortable in a more private setting than a group class.  Whatever your called to do I am happy to assist on your path.
